Welcome to ToolkitCore ("ToolkitCore," "we," "us," or "our"), a free online tools platform available at toolkitcore.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ToolkitCore's website, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using ToolkitCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or any of our tools.

1. About Our Services

ToolkitCore provides 170+ free online tools, including but not limited to developer tools (password generators, hash generators, JWT tools, cron expression generators), image converters (PNG to JPG, PNG to WebP, HEIC to PNG, and more), unit and text converters, time converters, color converters, and testing/validation tools. These tools are provided for general productivity, development, and creative purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use ToolkitCore. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Free Use and No Account Requirement

ToolkitCore's tools are provided free of charge and generally do not require account creation. We reserve the right to introduce optional accounts, premium features, or usage limits in the future, and will update these Terms accordingly if we do.

4. Acceptable Use

When using ToolkitCore, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ToolkitCore's systems, servers, or networks.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload, disrupt, or excessively query our Services in a manner that degrades performance for other users.

  • Use tools such as our hash generators, password generators, or security-testing utilities to facilitate unauthorized access to any system, account, or data that is not your own.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Services, except where permitted by law.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity while using the Services.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services for any user who violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, layout, branding, logos, tool interfaces, and underlying code (excluding open-source components, where applicable), is owned by ToolkitCore and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to any files, text, or data you upload to or process through our tools ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

Output: You are free to use the output generated by ToolkitCore's tools (e.g., converted images, generated passwords, generated hashes, converted units) for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Third-Party Tools and Links

Some tools (for example, our PayPal Link Generator, SPF/DMARC record generators) help you create content for use with third-party services. ToolkitCore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services, and your use of any resulting content with those services is subject to their respective terms. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ToolkitCore's Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

  • Tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
  • Conversion, generation, or validation results will be 100% accurate for every use case.
  • The Services will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your use of any tool, and any decisions made based on its output, is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolkitCore, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Modifications to the Services and Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature on ToolkitCore at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms periodically; the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ToolkitCore, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
